Titus 3:9-11 NKJV

[9] But avoid foolish disputes, genealogies, contentions, and strivings about the law; for they are unprofitable and useless. [10] Reject a divisive man after the first and second admonition, [11] knowing that such a person is warped and sinning, being self-condemned.

It is completely normal and perfectly natural to have opinions and preferences. I have plenty of them.

I don't like green beans or key lime pie. I hate suits, ties, and liver. I am not a fan of politics, taxes, or cheap toilet paper. I am a Seminole fan.

Most people I know will either agree or disagree with me on some of, if not all of these. For the ones who don't, it makes no difference to me. I can love people who share a different perspective, opinion, or point of view. God made us uniquely different, but we are all made in His image.

I have had multiple conversations with people (whom I love) who do not see things as I do. We can respectfully disagree and still love one another and serve the same God. I refuse to make space for divisive people who seek to stir up conflict for no good reason. I have enough trouble with myself, my attitude, and my own skewed view. If we are all seeking Jesus, we are on the same team.
